Terms of service
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the property details you provide and are confirmed before service begins. If conditions on site differ significantly, we’ll tell you before we treat.
Service plans
Four scheduled treatments a year is our standard cadence. You’ll know the plan and the price up front, including what each visit covers under FivePoint Protection™.
The HomeGuard Guarantee
If pests come back between scheduled treatments, we come back free of charge with no trip charge. The guarantee applies to the pests covered by your plan and to the property we service.
Property access and safety
We need access to the yard, landscape beds, and garage to complete a full service. Please secure pets and tell your technician about children’s play areas, gardens, or livestock so products can be applied appropriately and as directed.
Scheduling and cancellations
We confirm visits ahead of time. If you need to reschedule, call 435-757-2491 and we’ll move you to the next available day on the route.
